Heller
I’ve sold two handguns to DC residents this morning.
What have you done to celebrate??

Explain how this is legal (interstate transfer) and you can make it three.

Don’t you have to wait 21 days until they take possession of them?

Yes.
But we agreed to terms of the transaction today, via email. Its a contract in both cases (and in one he already PAYPALd me the money).

Actually I don’t know about the 21 days.
That’s sort of an arbitrary number, and not supported by law.
But we also have to move it through an FFL and I won’t be back in DC for at least 17 days.

Is there another FFL in D.C. besides Josh Sugarmann?

John,
There are a couple of other people who have them in DC.

WTF?? You have handguns for sale and didn’t tell me?? I thought we were close!

I wouldn’t say I had planned on selling them, it just happened to be that each asked what the quickest way to get one was and I had two recent purchases that after shooting didn’t think I needed for the long haul.
