Perhaps, but I think pulling off something like this would be pretty cool in D.C. or London or Chicago too.

In other places it would get more notice! Maybe in London or D.C. they’d think it was a ploy to steer attention away from a terrorist attack.
In NYC, all the NYers who regularly ride the subway, they probably thought “Whatevah” (that is if they thought anything at all) and just kept walkin’ on by/ignoring what was goin’ on.
It was probably all the tourists who stopped and gawked.
