Larry Craig
I thought I wasn’t going to say anymore.
Well, I heard the audio and read the transcript.
Guess what?? Two things.
First, this is the reason you never talk to a cop with out an attorney present.
Second, listening to Craig’s discussion with the cop . . . I’m inclined to believe Craig. I hope others give it a listen.
Fuck The Police. Don’t cooperate.
But why did he plead guilty???

Even without reading the transcript or hearing the audio I thought the case sounded pretty weak. Not sure why he plead guilty either. Even if he is a homo and was in there trying to get a little action, its not the end of the world.
Clinton was accused of rape and acknowledged that he used his position as president to seduce an intern. But for some reason that’s okay when this is not. I don’t get it.

Riiiight. Innocent people plead guilty to crimes they didn’t commit all the time!

Innocent people plead guilty all the time, for a variety of reasons. Thats not news.
And cops manufacture evidence all the time. And blow things out of proportion. And bullshit.
Did you listen to this tape?? I wouldn’t trust a thing that cop said - not that I believe Craig either, but innocent until proven guilty and a plea agreement is far from that.
That said, I do think he’s gay - I just find it plausible that he didn’t do what the cop says he did.

Read the transcript you media monkeys. He denies everything, and the cop beats around the bush and does typical cop type tactics to convince people to say things they don’t mean.
How could his feet be planted and slide his LEFT palm along the bottom of the stall without leaning or moving to do so.
