For What Its Worth
I live 1 1/2 miles up the road from the CIA. Its 1:30 am on a Friday Evening/Saturday Morning and there are 4 or 5 helicopters that have been buzzing over my neighborhood for the last 20 minutes. They keep flying in a weird rotation with their lights out (its pretty bright out and you can definatly make them out and hear them) Just thought I would record it. It sounds like there might also be a small plane with them somewhere but I cant find it from my back window.
